Women’s Fat Loss Program

Hormonally, fat loss requires high intensity, big bang exercises that move the greatest amount of muscle mass, with short rest periods. This program combines a workout regiment with a nutrition/optional supplements section to target fat loss. Designed specifically for Women it WILL NOT make you bulky but instead aims to lower body fat percentage. You will receive an 8 week workout program and a list of optional supplements/nutrition guidelines.
